1. Nature of Service

• HomeIndigo is an online real estate discovery and marketing platform for new projects only.
• We connect prospective buyers with builders and developers.
• We are not a broker, financial advisor, or legal advisor. We do not guarantee returns, approvals, or outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law to use this Platform.

3. User Obligations

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times.
• Do not misuse the Platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data.
• Do not copy, scrape, or reproduce Platform content without permission.

4. Builder Accounts & Listings

• Builders are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of project information, images, pricing, and approvals.
• All RERA registration numbers and approval claims must be truthful and verifiable.
• HomeIndigo may moderate, edit, or remove listings that are misleading, unlawful, or policy-violating.

5. No Guarantee or Endorsement

• Listings and project data are provided by third-party builders.
• HomeIndigo does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing.
• Inclusion on the Platform does not constitute endorsement by HomeIndigo.
• Users must perform their own due diligence before any purchase decision.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Builders may purchase paid plans, listing packages, or promotional boosts through HomeIndigo. All payments are subject to the Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, UI, and code are the property of HomeIndigo or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeIndigo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by you to HomeIndigo in the preceding 3 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India.
