HomeIndigo is an online platform to discover new residential and commercial projects from verified builders across India. You can compare projects, explore details, and connect directly with builders — free of charge.
Do you charge homebuyers?
No. Browsing projects, using filters, and submitting enquiries is completely free for buyers. We primarily charge builders for marketing and listing services.
Are all projects RERA-registered?
We encourage and prioritise RERA-registered projects and builders can display their RERA details on listings. However, you should independently verify RERA registration and other approvals with the relevant state authority.
How do I enquire about a property?
On any project page, fill in the enquiry form with your name, contact details, and preferences. Your information is shared with the builder or their representative, who will contact you directly.
Does HomeIndigo guarantee quality or possession timelines?
No. Project construction, quality, pricing, and possession timelines are solely the responsibility of the builder. HomeIndigo does not guarantee specific dates, approvals, or returns. Always conduct your own due diligence.
I am a builder. How can I list my projects?
Register at homeindigo.com/register or email support@homeindigo.com. Complete your profile, submit project details for review, and go live.
How do paid plans work for builders?
Builders can choose from subscription plans and optional add-ons (featured listings, city highlights, promotional boosts). See full details on the Pricing page.
How do you handle my personal data?

Can I remove my data or unsubscribe?
Yes. Unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any email, or contact support@homeindigo.com to request data changes or deletion (subject to legal requirements).
What if I see incorrect information on a project?
Email support@homeindigo.com with a link to the project and details of the issue. We will review and may request correction from the builder.
